The above list includes schools that are active with the AFN. If you are a nursing education program and would like to become a partner and enjoy all the benefits, please complete the below form and a board member will contact you.  To become a partner, your nursing education program will submit annual dues to AFN.  A board member will send you the invoice after submitting your request for memberships in the box below.  Dues are $500 for the fiscal year that runs July 1 through June 30.  Payment of dues is due July 1 of each year to enjoy the most benefits of the partnership. However, payment can be submitted at any time during the year. The invoice sent to you will include where to issue payment.  Benefits include social media advertisement for your nursing education program on AFN's Facebook and Instagram pages, advertisement in AFN selected printed magazines, and your nursing education program's logo, name, and website on the AFN website and any recruitment events AFN attends.
